Although you can use your doormats outside, please bear in mind that the designs will last must longer if you use them indoors as being exposed to the elements makes decorative coir doormats wear out quicker.
These mats have a PVC backing so if they get very wet you will need to pick them up and drape them over something to allow the water to drain away.
